    A. High power capacity, stable ultrasonic generator: The first requirement for a stable ultrasonic generator is: automatic frequency tracking. Automatic frequency tracking ensures that the transducer system can operate in a resonant state, ie the maximum amplitude of the weld head. Modest equipment uses the world's most advanced PLL phase-locked loop frequency automatic tracking technology, no need to adjust the frequency of the mold and work. Stable ultrasonic generators also require: constant amplitude function and stepless adjustment of amplitude. The constant amplitude function needs to control the real current of the transducer, which is the key to stable production; the stepless adjustment of the amplitude is the basic for ensuring the basic use of the equipment. For example, it can weld copper and weld by parameter adjustment on the same equipment. Aluminum material.

    B. Ultrasonic metal requires a highly wear-resistant welding head, which requires high hardness of the welding head, and the ultrasonic itself requires good toughness of the welding head, which creates a contradiction requirement. A good welding head requires both high hardness and toughness.
