When the mask non-woven fabric material passes between the ultrasonic welding heads, vibration will be generated on the non-woven fabric and quickly generate heat. This heat causes the synthetic fibers of the non-woven fabric to melt and solidify, resulting in a seam that will not be worn or torn apart, completely replacing traditional hand stitching.
