Description:
The ultrasonic wire indium coating machine generates high-frequency
ultrasonic vibration. Then it is transferred to the coating liquid
through the coating device. The indium material in the coating

of ultrasonic vibration, forming a uniform coating.

Components:
1. Clamping system: This is the part used to clamp superconductors.

fixed in the coating position.
2. Coating fluid supply system: This system is used to provide
coating fluid containing indium materials. The indium material in
the coating solution can be indium powder or indium compound, and

coating liquid supply system usually includes coating liquid
storage containers, pumps, and coating liquid delivery pipelines.
3. Ultrasonic vibration system: This is the core part of the
ultrasonic wire indium coating machine. It promotes the dispersion
and coating process of indium material in the coating solution
through ultrasonic vibration. The ultrasonic vibration system
usually consists of an ultrasonic generator and a sensor, which
generates high-frequency ultrasonic vibration, and the sensor
